Do we provide COD payment options?

Yes, we provide COD options all over India but due to the current pandemic situation, we put a hold on COD options keeping in mind the safety of both the receiver and the delivery person . We will resume Cash on delivery again as soon as the conditions are favourable.

Is there a minimum amount after which you will provide COD?

No, you are eligible for COD on all orders without any requirement of a minimum amount.

Return & replace policy

We provide no question return & replacement policy within 3 days of the delivery. Give us a call on our customer care number +91 8881-215-216 or email us on hello@fo2.in to ask for return or replacement of your order.
In case of return, your amount will be refunded in your bank account as soon as we receive the product back in our warehouse.
Note: Refund will be provided only on your bank account even if you have opted for cash on delivery.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Don’t worry, we've got you covered. Give us a call on our customer care number +91 8881-215-216 or email us on hello@fo2.in within 7 Days of delivery. We will look into the issue and replace your product.
In case you want to return, your amount will be refunded in your bank account as soon as we receive the product back in our warehouse.

Estimate Delivery Date:

Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

Sure you can! Just add all the products you wish to buy on to your shopping bag and then click on the “checkout” button. However, you might receive the products in different packages.
